For the team to design your artwork we will need your logo files (preferably high resolution PDF or EPS if you have that) and any corporate style guides you may follow. We also prefer to receive all images and text in digital format. Text can be within an email or can be sent through as a word document. Images need to be at least 300dpi, higher is best especially for large scale jobs. Send through anything else you think may be useful, no matter what the file format. We will check it and let you know if it can be used or not. If you have printed with us before we may already have some of your documents on file such as logos, styleguides, photos etc (we will let you know).
We do most of our proofing via email. Once you have checked your file and you are ok for it to go to print, you will need to confirm the proof is ready to print by replying to the email or filling out a form. If you would prefer a proof printed please let us know, all proofs are printed via our digital press and may have a slight difference in colour when printed on our offset press. Colours on printed and electronic proofs are representative only - Monitors and printers cannot always display final print colours accurately. Colours may vary between orders. Production will not commence until Artwork is approved in writing.
PLEASE check your artwork proof carefully for errors and omissions. Your written Approval to Print constitutes acceptance of full responsibility for all errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance the document. After approval, Simply Print Anything accepts no responsibility for undetected faults or inaccuracies, so please read carefully, clearly note changes and corrections, if any.
Any reprinting will be at the customers own cost.

GENERAL ARTWORK SPECS
Simply Print Anything has an experienced in-house design team, but if you do wish to submit your own artwork the following artwork specifications are the base requirements for printing at Simply Print Anything. Following these specifications means we can produce the best quality for you.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
FILE TYPE
SIMPLY PRINT ANYTHING ONLY ACCEPTS ARTWORK AS A HIGH QUALITY PRINT READY PDF.
PDF files must be high quality and exported with trim/crop marks only - no other marks are required.
Multiple page art to be supplied as 1-up artworks per document, or if there is a front and back of any artwork they must be exported separately and clearly labeled.
PLEASE NOTE: Programs such as Publisher, Paint, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (etc) are not capable of producing “Print Ready PDF Files” to our standard specifications. If you are producing your own artwork, for best results we recommend using Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator. Artwork produced in Publisher, Word (etc) will need to be re-created using the correct software program to make it print-ready. If you are uncertain of anything, please ask us, we are here to help.
COLOUR FORMAT
All colours must be supplied in CMYK or Greyscale - NO RGB, Pantone or Spot Colours. This includes fonts, graphics or images/photos used within the documents. All transparency effects are to be flattened and overprints must be set correctly for desired result.
FONT & TEXT
All text/fonts used in the artwork must be converted to outlines/curves before exporting the file for printing.
IMAGE QUALITY
All images embedded within the artwork must be supplied in CMYK and a minimum of 300dpi resolution.
Anything less than 300dpi the image will pixelate.
BLEED
10mm bleed for signage / 5mm bleed for documents.
When artwork extends all the way to the edge of the printed page, it is common to use a ‘bleed’.
This means extending the ink past the crop mark. All jobs are printed on a sheet bigger than the finished item will be, so when it comes to trimming there won’t be an unsightly white line along the edge of the artwork.
Borders and text must be within the text margin safe zone as variations may occur when trimming, standard text margin safe zones are 5mm for documents & 20mm for large signage.
IN SUMMARY
Simply Print Anything do not correct, modify or proof read your artwork. All files are printed as supplied to us. Simply Print Anything can not accept responsibility for errors due to files that do not meet these specifications. On most occasions, we are able to make minor edits to pre-existing print-ready files. Depending on the types of changes there could be a charge for this and you will be advised before that happens. Providing us with the correct file format and following our specifications means there will be no delays printing your file.
